Stampin’ Up! Card Ideas with Grassy Grove Stamp Review Crew

Grassy Grove Stamp Set
Bring the beauty and majesty of the natural world into your craft room with the Grassy Grove Stamp Set. The stamp images include hills, grasses, and trees to create a natural setting. Or the images can be stamped to create a single-colour silhouette. The set also includes a sweet doe to use as a focal point on your projects and a variety of card greetings that will appeal to both men and women alike. The rubber on the stamp includes a subtle texture so when it’s stamped there is natural-looking shading and highlighting. Also available in French and German.
Simple Card with Die Cutting
For my first card, I featured the triple trees and coordinating die from the Grove Dies set. I also used 2 new products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog. Which are Sending Smiles stamp set (for the sentiment) and Stylish Shapes Dies (for the frame).
The trees were stamped in Shaded Spruce ink before die cutting. I then added texture on the background with the die impressions of the same design. The frame with added interests in the form of the leaf die cut and Baker’s Twine was adhered on with Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. Finishing withe the ‘Birthday Wishes’ sentiment in Memento ink. For more texture, maybe next time I’ll add torn Vellum papers within the frame to act as a landscape too.
Ink Blending Scene with Grassy Grove
For my 2nd card, I used the same new products as above. Plus I ink blended 2 new colours from the 2022-2024 In Colors Collection; Tahitian Tide and Parakeet Party.
The grass design was stamped twice in Memento ink, followed by the doe and tall trees. I used a mask for the ground. And the clouds was actually created using one of the dies from the set! Simply adhered on Gray Granite card, I added the frame like before then finished with white embossed sentiment from Sending Smiles.
Fancy Fold Card with Grassy Grove Bundle
This 5 layered card mostly uses the Grove Dies with a bit of Grassy Grove stamping. It’s actually one of the projects I designed for our online class. You can revisit the class HERE with 2 more cards using the Grassy Grove Bundle.
