Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. It’s Jay Soriano here with a new challenge inspiration for Inspire & Create With Stampin’ Up! Colouring Sending Smiles in Watercolor Pencils on coloured cardstock.

The theme this time is Colouring! I chose Watercolor Pencils but there are a lot of colouring mediums by Stampin’ Up! you can use. Such as Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers, Stampin’ Write Markers, Ink Pads and Soft Pastels!
Colouring Sending Smiles In Watercolor Pencils
Metric Measurements
- Crumb Cake
- Cardbase: 14.6cm x 21cm, folded at 10.5cm
- Layer 1: 13.6cm x 9.5cm
- Early Espresso
- Sentiment Mat: 6.5cm x 2cm
- Artfully Composed DSP
- Sentiment: 6cm x 1cm
Imperial Measurements
- Crumb Cake
- Cardbase: 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
- Layer 1: 5-1/8″ x 3-7/8″
- Early Espresso
- Sentiment Mat: 2-1/2″ x 3/4″
- Artfully Composed DSP
- Sentiment: 2-3/8″ x 3/8″
Whisper White craft ink is rich, permanent pigment ink that is great for embossing or for creating an opaque look on dark cardstock. You can also use it on wood, fabric, and other materials.
How To Colour On Coloured Card Stock
- Stamp the images from Sending Smiles in Whisper White Craft Ink on Crumb Cake Layer 1 card
- Colour the 3 flowers in the following Watercolor Pencils:
- Petals: Bermuda Bay, Coastal Cabana
- Centre: Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight
- Leaves: Old Olive, Granny Apple Green
- Splatter Soft Suede ink with Clear Wink of Stella
- Adhere Layer 1 flat on card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue
- Tie a Line Thread bow on the Early Espresso card then adhere using Mini Glue Dots
- Stamp sentiment in Memento ink on Artfully Composed DSP then adhere
- Finish with 2 Polished Dots
