Party Popper Celebration with Stampin’ Up! Bottled Happiness Bundle
Welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by! It’s Jay here with a card for the Casually Crafting blog hop colour challenge this month. I used the Bottled Happiness Bundle to create a celebration card with a party popper.
The Casually Crafting Design Team are a group of independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators that enjoy sharing projects ideal for casual crafters. It’s a STEP UP from simple stamping, quick and easy projects for beginners. We hop every 3rd Saturday of the month with different themed inspirations and the colour challenge this month is pictured below.
2022-2024 In Color
The new colours for 2022-2024 are: Starry Sky, Tahitian Tide, Sweet Sorbet, Orchid Oasis and Parakeet Party. And I used all 5 on my card!
Bottled Happiness Bundle
Create vintage-inspired projects with the Bottled Happiness Bundle, which includes the Bottled Happiness Stamp Set and the Vintage Bottle Punch. Also available in French and German.
But instead of using the bottle as designed, I shortened and turned it upside down to create a party popper!
Metric Measurements
- Basic White Thick
- Cardbase: 21cm x 14cm, scored and folded at 10.5cm
- Layer 1: 7cm x 14cm

- Vintage Bottle Punch: scrap
Imperial Measurements

- Cardbase: 8-1/4″ x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/8″
- Layer 1: 2-3/4″ x 5-1/2″

How To Create a Celebration Card with Party Popper using Bottled Happiness Bundle
- Stamp the following on Layer 1 card
- Flowers: Orchid Oasis ink
- Leaves: Parakeet Party ink
- Sentiment: Starry Sky
- Adhere on the cardbase using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Use Tahitian Tide card with Vintage Bottle Punch.
- Shorten the bottle by reinserting and punching again to desired height (4.1cm OR 1-5/8″)
- Stamp the label design in Starry Sky then turn upside down and stamp again (2nd Generation ink) closer to the top edge.
- Write ‘POP!’ inside the label using a White Gel Pen
- Add scrap strip of Gold Foil, snip excess if needed
- Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere Sweet Sorbet Baker’s Twine.
- Finish with 2 Sweet Sorbet Matte Decorative Dots.
So what do you think? I hope you like this simple but effective idea of how you can get creative with the Bottled Happiness Bundle.
Thanks for stopping by & until next time, BYEEEEE!

Hi Jay, I love your card and the way you used the bottle stamp and die in such a creative way. It’s always great when we can show our customers alternative ways to use their stamp sets.
