It’s Jay here with a quick and easy card idea using the FREE Sale-A-Bration Cling Mount stamp set By The Bay I wanted to add colour to the design quickly without being too precise so I decided to use the sponging and masking technique Creating a night scene with this beautiful design makes it forgiving if you make a mistake.
