How To Use Glow In The Dark Paper For A Halloween Card

The theme this month is Halloween Movies. And I don’t know about you, but I scare easily. So we don’t often watch scary movies plus my screams makes Barry jump even more! LOL
Hello Halloween
For my card, I used The Ring movie poster for inspiration as well as the Global Design Project colour challenge #GDP413.
I used the Deckled Circles dies for my ring then built up die cut elements around the heat embossed house from Ringed With Nature. The Glow In The Dark Specialty Paper is great for Halloween cards or add fun elements on other projects. I used it to die cut flourishes from the Magical Meadow set as well as the door. You can add hints of colour using Stampin’ Blends, like I did on the berries! I also used Stampin’ Blends to add a Pumpkin Pie ombre effect on the sentiment.
Glow In The Dark Halloween Card
It was a challenge to take a photo to show the glow in the dark die cuts, but hopefully you get the idea. I love how the copper trim and sentiment pops against the dark background.
