New Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Projects ~ Fancy Flora Suite
Hi it’s Jay Soriano here, welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. I am sharing my Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team monthly projects featuring the Fancy Flora Suite.
Fancy Flora Suite
The Fancy Flora Suite Collection is a grand combination of artistic designs and modern styling. The paper designs add texture and depth for the pretty florals and sentimental tags to stand out! This collection is versatile and can be used for a number of paper crafting styles whether it be card making, scrapbooking, gift embellishments, and more! Also available in Dutch, French, and German.
I created 2 card projects using the following products from the suite which are available from our Stampin’ Up! Online Shop.

Happily Ever After Wedding Card with Fancy Flora Suite
This Wedding card has plenty of different cardmaking techniques but still looks elegant. For a subtle textured background, I embossed with the detailed background die and a Silicone Craft Sheet. I created the Crumb Cake frame by extending the Something Fancy label dies and added interest with the detailed die cut layered on Vellum.
The sentiment was shorten as well as another label die. Then finally embellished with the Two Tone Flora images, Pool Party Ribbon and Iridescent Pastel Gems.
Congratulations Diorama Card
I altered the card front measurements for this Diorama card at 4-1/4″ x 5-5/8″ OR 10.8cm x 14.3cm
To make the detailed die cut stand out, I chose a dark Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper which also inspired the use of complimentary colours for the flowers.
To create the aperture, I ran through 2 Something Fancy label dies on the card front as well as Night of Navy card to neaten up the frame.
