New Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team Projects ~ Darling Details Bundle
Hi it’s Jay Soriano here, welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. I am sharing my Stampin’ Up! Artisan Design Team monthly projects featuring the Darling Details Bundle.
Darling Details Bundle
The Darling Details Bundle includes the Darling Details Stamp Set and the Darling Details Dies. The darling doily designs plus the simple florals makes this the perfect stamp and die bundle for everyday occasions to use year-round! Create depth by stamping the Two-Step florals on your card base and elevate a single flower with the coordinating die. Create subtle texture and dimension by framing your floral arrangement with a doily border.
I created 2 card projects using the following products which are available from our Stampin’ Up! Online Shop.
Just A Note Darling Details Bundle
This card was inspired by a swimsuit from Australian Survivor! I love the pops of colour against the black which I wanted to recreate.
The floral die cut were coloured using Stampin’ Blends. And the rest of the elements were stamped then die cut. As this method leaves a white border, I used Basic Black Stampin Blends so it blends in with the background.
I added interest to the card spine using the details border die cut. And to highlight the design, I weaved a strip of Vellum. For extra texture I used Gold Simply Elegant Trim and finished with Berry Burst Tinsel Gems.
Fun Thank You Card with Darling Details Bundle
Whilst stamping the designs, I saw berries so decided to create a fun fruity card. The large flowers turned into raspberries and the circular filler into blueberries.
The Glorious Gingham DSP adds a lovely touch for the background which is framed nicely by using both the doily frames.
