Legendary Ride

The open road awaits, and that’s the feeling we wanted to capture with the Legendary Ride Stamp Set. It includes two different bikes, some accent pieces, and a handful of greetings that will help you create amazing cards. Build scenes of a garage or a road for the bike enthusiast in your life. The sentiments include phrases for birthdays, Father’s Day, and more. Also available in French and German.

I’m a little late with my post and unfortunately the Ready To Ride Designer Series Paper and Adhesive Backed Studs have retired. But the Legendary Ride Stamp Set and Dies have carried over to the new 2023-2024 Annual Catalogue!

Legendary Ride Card with Motorcycle Idea

I embossed the layer with Metal Plate design then cut it up in strips. Then, I alternated each panels into embossed and debossed side. And before adhering, I ink blended Daffodil Delight and Real Red on the 5th panel. Furthermore, I splattered Memento ink using the refill and a Water Painter.

I used the sign and track from Ready To Ride DSP to start my layout. The die cut elements were then added around the sign including the heat embossed motorcycle in black and wrenches in silver.

The card was embellished with the Baker’s Twine, Gingham Ribbon and Adhesive Backed Studs. I then heat embossed the sentiment on two separate card stock so I can split them up to balance the elements around the card front.

Legendary Ride Holder

I wanted to create a small project with off cut DSP and ended up making a holder. You can fit a photo or a gift card inside and even turn it into a gift tag!

The Stylish Shapes circle die cut was ink blended and I also used a Sponge Dauber to blend the ink on the flames before stamping.

I added the magnetic clip from Celebrate Today Magnet Board Kit and left it on display on our wall.

Masculine Pop Up Card with Legendary Ride

My 3rd project looks very plain on the outside but it hides an amazing surprise inside! The sentiment and motorcycle on the centre frame pops up. It’s a great way to make use of DSP and definitely would look cool on display, don’t you think?

This fun fold pop up is a mix of different folds I’ve created in the past but I haven’t seen a fancy fold like this before so I was really pleased with this card.
