Welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay Soriano here with a card idea for the Global Design Project Challenge #GDP428 using Stampin’ Up! Watercolor Melon from Sale-A-Bration 2024.
Global Design Project Challenge

I really like the layout and flourishes behind the punched toppers so I used these as starting point for my card inspiration.
Watercolor Melon Stamp Set
Bring a slice of summer fun to your paper crafts with this Watercolor Melon Stamp Set! These lovely watercolour images offer versatility for year-round card making, scrapbooking, and more. Try stamping your watermelon in two shades of green for a more realistic look: Start with a darker green ink, then rotate the image 180 degrees and add the lighter green ink. The seeds are solid, so you can simply stamp them in a dark colour right over the top of the watermelon.

Best Wishes Watercolor Melon Card
The watermelons were stamped in Sweet Sorbet and Granny Apple Green. Stamping the seeds twice in Memento to create the heart shapes then fussy cut.
The background was achieved by adding Soft Sea Foam on the Silicone Mat (from Sale-A-Bration joining offer) using a Sponge Dauber. Then pressing the Basic White layer on top with an acrylic block!
For my leafings, I die cut a design from Meadow Dies set, stamped the leaves design from Watercolor Melon in Shaded Spruce then spritz with water.
The sentiment from Perennial Postage was stamped in Starry Sky and punched with the Modern Oval design.
