NEW Boo To You Halloween Stamp Set
Hello, it’s Jay here sharing a project with the NEW Boo To You stamp set from 2019 Autumn/Winter catalogue.
Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge #PCC350
Last week I was early sharing the Paper Craft Crew Sketch Challenge #PCC350 with my Snow Globe Scenes and Basic Pattern Embossed Background card (HERE). So apologies if you tried to enter but you can still enter this week using the card sketch below 🙂
Boo To You Halloween Card
As I changed the theme for the card from Christmas to Halloween, I also decided to put the elements on the right hand side instead.
The zombie character from Boo To You was coloured in the following Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers: Daffodil Delight, Smoky Slate, Ivory, Old Olive and Bronze.
I created the background by sponging glycerin through the Trees Stencil from the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks also NEW from the 2019 Autumn/Winter catalogue.
Once dried, I used my left over inks from another project last week (HERE) with the Craft White Technique then added Mossy Meadow at the bottom.
The strip of DSP is an off cut from Feels Like Frost, inked with Tuxedo Black Memento.
The rest of the elements are from the Detailed Bands Dies in Sahara Sand and Mossy Meadow card stock. I added Fine Tip Glue on the leaves for added shine and interest before adhering the zombie character and sentiment.
The Boo To You stamp set comes with 5 red rubber cling stamps. 3 of the designs are of fun Halloween characters and the other 2 are sentiments. This set can be found in the 2019 Autumn/Winter catalogue on page 57.
