Paper Craft Ideas With Sweet Strawberry Stamp Review Crew

Sweet Strawberry Stamp
It’s the sweetest stamp set ever! Full of plump strawberries and all-occasion sentiments, the Sweet Strawberry Stamp Set is perfect for handmade cards, scrapbook pages, and more. It’s a set you can use year-round—change the colours of the foliage images to match the season, and use the sentiments anytime.
This is a Two-Step Stampin’ Distinktive set; it allows you to layer two or more images to create one final image with extra texture and dimension in the colours you want.
Card Idea Sans Sweet Strawberry
I wanted to create an all year card idea using the foliage and made my own pattern paper. I coloured in Basic Black then cut it into 3 strips. The flowers were stamped in Memento and filled with Daffodil Delight ink before cutting using the coordinating Strawberry Builder Punch.
Thank You Card with Strawberries
As there is a current promotion with Designer Series Papers, I wanted to challenge myself into using them! I found a lovely green design from the Beauty Of The Earth DSP to go on my 2nd card. I stamped the foliage in Garden Green ink then dotted the flower centre with White Stampin’ Chalk Marker. This layer was then added on the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
The strawberries were stamped in Memento then filled with double layers of Poppy Parade (on two) and Real Red (on one). I stamped the leaves and crowns in Memento then Garden Green inks. Punched out the images then adhered flat on the pattern paper.
Sweet Strawberry Candy Treat Bag
For my final project, I challenged myself again. I had some strawberry sweets (candy) and decided to decorate a treat bag with DSP and Stampin’ Blends coloured strawberries.
The wood grain DSP also comes from the Beauty Of The Earth pack. It measures 3″ x 4″, folded at 2″ then hole punched with the Detailed Trio Punch. Then adhered using Mini Glue Dots.
I stamped the strawberry outlines in Soft Suede ink and Poppy Parade to fill in. Then I enhanced the images by colouring on top using Dark Soft Suede and Poppy Parade Combo blends. I did the same for the leaves but used Garden Green ink and Granny Apple Green blends.
The images were fussy cut to not have the white edges. And I also shaped the strawberries to add more depth to the decoration.
I hope you’re inspired with these projects. Although the main image is the strawberry you can still use the set all year round by mixing the sentiments and foliage with other stamp sets too.
