The Gentlemen Crafters Design Team (#TGCDT) are a group of male crafters. Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world that love to share our creative side with you every 2nd Friday of each month. Hues of Happiness Suite
Create colourful floral paper-crafting projects and spread happiness using the Hues of Happiness Suite Collection. Designed to mix and match the floral designs from the Designer Series Paper, the die set, and the stamp set to create all-occasion cards, scrapbook pages, and more! Celebrate those you love with versatile sentiments in all sizes, play with different colouring techniques, and layer dies and stamps for sophisticated bouquets. Also available in French and German.
Barry’s Hues of Happiness Projects
A couple of recent projects from our recent livestreams which we haven’t blogged yet. These two projects were inspired by the 2022-2023 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue and Creativity Now exclusive event for demonstrators.
Barry recreated the gusseted gift bag and changed the measurements to fit one 12″ x 12″ DSP. Check out the replay below.
Jay’s Hues of Happiness Watercolour Card
With World Watercolor Month, Jay used Water Painters to colour the flowers from Happiness Abounds Stamp set. They were black embossed first then coloured in the following inks: Fresh Freesia, Orchid Oasis, Gorgeous Grape, Melon Mambo, Flirty Flamingo, Tahitian Tide and Starry Sky.
Faux watercolour technique was added on the background. Which was achieved using the back of the leaves design. And applying watered down inks with the Water Painters.
