Waves of the Ocean Inspiration Projects ~ TGCDT: April 2022
Hello & welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. Thanks for stopping by for The Gentlemen Crafters Design Team May inspiration hop. Today we are sharing 3 Waves of the Ocean inspiration projects from our recent online craft retreat.
The Gentlemen Crafters Design Team (#TGCDT) are a group of male crafters. Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world that love to share our creative side with you every 2nd Friday of each month. We had a lot of fun during our Online Craft Retreat recently. And we wanted to share 3 of 8 projects we created during the day. There were 4 classes in total: Simply Casual, 3D Papercraft, Cardmaking Technique and Fancy Fold.
Simply Casual
We started off with a simple card design for the Simply Casual class. The other 2 cards in the class also uses the Waves of the Ocean DSP. With the 3rd card designed more for casual/avid crafters.
Cardmaking Techniques with Ink
Before this class Barry created a 3D desk tidy, decorated with the Waves of the Ocean DSP. We shared different cardmaking techniques to create 3 cards with the final card pictured below.
Fancy Fold Card
The final class was this large fancy fold card which can fit in an A5 envelope.
We were quite ambitious with our projects and over ran but really enjoyed the day and even did a YouTube live with the Waves of Inspiration Bundle on the same night!
