Nothing’s Better Than Chocolate Mini Shipping Boxes
Welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay Soriano here, for this month’s Creating Kindness blog hop. The theme is Gifts or Gift Packaging and I have created a chocolate treat holder using the Mini Shipping Boxes and Nothing’s Better Than Bundle.
Creating Kindness Design Team
Our special guest designer this month is Jo Blackman. If you’re following the hop already, you may have arrived here from Sense of Whimsy by Cheryll Miller. Do hop around to check out Jo’s wonderful project and the rest of the Creating Kindness Design Team from the links at the end of this post.
Mini Shipping Boxes
These are precept and pre-scored so ideal for quick gift packaging projects! Of course I had to change it up slightly and added extra score lines to create a treat holder with triangular sides. Reminiscent of a gift bag and inspired by creating a treat holder for our team’s OnStage@Home gifts. I created a different holder for our team to house the Gilded Gems by Stampin’ Up!

The Nothings Better Than Bundle is great for cards and gifts. There’s something for everybody I’m sure and you can change the decoration on the treat holder to fit. The stamp set uses 2 Step Stamping technique and I just had to do love the faux glossy die cut effect again. Which one would you do; Chocolate, Coffee, Cookies or Cocktails?
I hope you enjoyed this treat holder and my take on the gift packaging theme this month. Be sure to continue along the hop for more inspirations from the Creating Kindness Design Team. Don’t forget to come back and order your Stampin’ Up! products online from Mitosu Crafts UK.
Thanks again for stopping by. Until next time, BYEEEEE!

I have not seen the technique with the sticky tape. It makes the chocolate die cut pop! I can’t wait to try it! Thanks Jay!

That is an awesome treat box. It amazes me with the designs you guys come up with.
I have used the tape before but I had forgotten about it. Something I do when i am cutting out words is putting tear & tape on the back, I have some that is 2″ wide and then I have my adhesive applied and just have to tear off the backing. I am not the neatest when it comes to glue. Always having to use a gum eraser afterwards.

Definitely Chocolates all the way Jay! Your choccies look good enough to eat and that glossy die cut word Chocolate makes me salivate! Great tip with the sticky tape! xx

Oh my! This is so clever Jay! Now I know what to do with those shipping boxes I have yet to open. x
