Global Design Project Challenge
The GDP design team creates Stampin’ Up! inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Monday. It’s CASE The Designer this week and we are CASEing me! Use the image below for inspiration this week and share your papercraft project. Looking forward to seeing your creations.
Textured Notes Bundle
Use the Textured Notes Bundle to create simply sophisticated handmade cards. The dies in this bundle are the perfect background for the organic stamp images. The Online Exclusive bundle is part of the Botanical Textures Suite Collection with more coordinating craft items from our Online Shop including the Woven Textures DSP which I also used for my card.
Thank You Card with Textured Notes
I used the same layout but changed to a portrait orientation. I added 2 panels of Woven Textures DSP on the card front then added a die cut label for my topper.
The circular woven texture was stamped in Pecan Pie and coloured in Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends. This image fits perfectly in the 2″ Circle Punch to easily cut it out.
The leaves were stamped in Granny Apple Green ink then fussy cut with Paper Snips. I also used a craft knife for the linear leaves.
The Beautiful Butterflies die cuts were done on Glimmer and Pecan Pie card which were added using dimensional. I added more textures with the pleated Petal Pink Scallop Ribbon. Then finished with (Summer Splash) 2024-2026 In Color Shimmer Gems.
