The GDP design team creates Stampin’ Up! inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Monday. The theme this week is ‘Winged Things’. Use the image below for inspiration and share your papercraft project on social media.
Beautiful Winterly Tree Tops Birds Card Idea
One of the NEW craft items we received recently but haven’t inked up yet is the Winterly Tree Tops. So I decided to colour the birds and the single branch with buds using Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers.
The colours I used were: Medium Light (800), Medium Deep (300 & 400), Ivory & Bronze Combo, Pecan Pie Combo, Cherry Cobbler Combo and Color Lifter.
Stampin’ Blends Tip
Roughly colour a coloured card with co-ordinating Stampin’ Blends then die cut to add interest and texture!
For this card, I used Bronze Stampin’ Blends on Crumb Cake card and die cut with the twig / branch design.
