Welcome 2024-2026 In Color ~ Stamping Sunday Blog Hop
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. It’s Jay Soriano here with the Stamping Sunday design team blog hop with the theme of ‘Something Old, Something New’. I am sharing a card idea with the 2024-2026 In Color mixed with various Stampin’ Up! craft supplies.
The Stamping Sunday design team are a group of independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators around the world. We share themed card ideas and papercraft inspirations every 3rd Sunday of the month. Do make sure you check out the rest of the Design Team’s creative projects from the links at the end of this post.
Welcome 2024-2026 In Color
Summer Splash, Pretty In Pink, Peach Pie, Petunia Pop & Shy Shamrock. With the launch of these five new In Colors and the current joining offer by Stampin’ Up! I decided to share the card I designed for new team members.
This 2024-2026 In Color card idea fits the theme as I have mixed something old with retired items and something new from the 2024-2025 Annual Catalogue.
Starting with the old, I punched the cat using 2024-2026 In Color DSP and layer cardstock. These were then layered together, slightly off setting the cardstock underneath. I also stamped the ‘Statement Of My Heart’ inside with one of the new In Color ink.
I adhered the Basic White layer which was embossed with the new So Swirly design. The Modern Oval was then used to punch another DSP design and stamped with ‘To Our Team’ from the retired ‘Let’s Celebrate Together’ set in Memento ink.
Two more In Color cardstock were die cut using the leafings from Country Flowers set. Then finished with the ‘Welcome’ sentiment (from Let’s Celebrate Together) and the online exclusive adhesive-backed birds.
I hope you enjoyed this card idea and join Stampin’ Up! See more details below.
Thanks again for stopping by. Until next time, BYEEEEE!
