TGCDT: March 2021 How to make an Impossible Box using the Snailed It Bundle
Hello & welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. Thanks for stopping by for The Gentlemen Crafters Design Team March 2021 blog hop. Today we are sharing a project using the Snailed It Bundle to show you how to make an Impossible Box & coordinating greeting card.
The Gentlemen Crafters Design Team (#TGCDT) are a group of male crafters. Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world that love to share our creative side with you every 2nd Friday of each month. Make sure you check out the rest of the Design Team’s creative projects from the links at the end of this post.
Snailed It
I’ve used the Snailed It Stamp Set, Snail Dies and the Snail Mail Designer Series Paper all from the Snail Mail Suite Collection. Get out your favourite colouring tools and create some, cute cards and 3D projects with it.
The Impossible box is a box I’ve wanted to create for a while now & the Gentlemen Crafters Blog Hop seemed like a good time to have a go. It was also a perfect opportunity to make you a step by step video tutorial for you to also have a go yourself.
Snailed It Card
I also made a coordinating card to go with the Impossible box. Did i mention already that this is a fun set to use?
How to make you own Impossible Box
Below you can watch the step by step video tutorial so you can create the impossible box for yourself. Ive also put the measurements of the box for easy reference.
Impossible Box Measurements
- Card Base – 8-1/2″ x 8″
- Score Long Edge 2″, 4″, 6″ & 8″
- Score Short Edge 2″, 5″, 6″ & 7″
We both hope you like todays Impossible Box project and card for The Gentlemen Crafter Design Team Blog Hop. Remember to check out what everyone else has created by clicking on the Design Team names below.
Thanks again for stopping by. Until next time, BYEEEEE!

Hey Barry!
An IMPOSSIBLE box made possible by way of the very clear and concise instructions that you have given on – and in – your vlog entry. I slowed the final flap fixing down to half speed and muted you to get the technique s’nailed – get it! 😀 Tombow multi-purpose glue to the rescue once more! Boxes stuffed with Lindor mini-eggs – delish! <3
LOVE IT! <3
I hope that you, Jay and your family/ies have a blessed and peaceful Easter and that it's full of the joy that the true meaning of Easter brings with it!
This is a great vlog hop Gentlemen Crafters DT – thankyou – every one of you!
