Art Gallery Stamp from Fine Art Floral Suite

Art Gallery Stamp Set
The Art Gallery stamp set is one of my favourite from the Mini Catalogue, probably due to my Fine Art background. I love the impasto inspired floral images. The set also comes with 9 sentiments which are great all year round. It’s also available in French and German. As well as coordinates with the Floral Gallery Dies.
Lovely Textured Border
For my first project, I created a lovely border using one stamp and repeat stamping. I also used the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder from the suite to add more interest. My card layout is simple but the sentiment can easily be changed to any in the set to fit the occasion.
Best Wishes Fine Art Floral
The main flower image in the set uses the 2 Step Stampin’ technique. This allows you to add different coloured layers on the floral image. The colours I used for the flowers are Pool Party, Coastal Cabana, Bermuda Bay and Pretty Peacock. I stamped the stamens in either Poppy Parade or Merry Merlot and added hints of Mango Melody in the colour pallette.

Florals with Gilded Leafing Background
Another great addition in our supplies is the Gilded Leafing Embellishment. You can add this with your stamped images using the Heat & Stick Powder (also in the Final Art Floral Suite). Or use any adhesives if you are adding it as embellishment or creating a background!
I was inspired by the Designer Series Paper design from the suite for this final card. I used both tips of the Multipurpose Liquid Glue to add vertical stripes. Wait for it to dry and apply Gilded Leafing, brushing off the excess with a Stamping Sponge.
The colours I used for the floral topper are Petal Pink, Flirty Flamingo, Poppy Parade, Terracotta Tile, Merry Merlot, Night of Navy and Old Olive.
