Stampin’ Up! Quite Curvy Made With Love

The Spot design team creates Stampin Up inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Tuesday. And this week, it’s a Colour Challenge!
Quite Curvy Stamp Set & Curvy Dies Bundle
This bundle is an early release from the upcoming January-June 2021 Mini Catalogue. It’s also available as a VARIETY BUNDLE which includes the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set and Classic Christmas Designer Series Paper.
We have been making a few projects with this bundle recently on our youtube channel. I was challenged to create something with the offcuts from Barry’s Ink on Vellum cards. So I decided to combine both challenges for my project today.
There were 2 curvy edged off cuts I used for this card. Starting off by die cutting the leaves design on both. I then used the dotty edge die as a guide to pierce curvy lines using the Take Your Pick tool and Stampin’ Pierce Mat. Once I was happy with the overall look, I adhered both pieces on the Thick Whisper White card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue on the pierced edges and Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals along the other edge to add height.
Quite Curvy Stampin’ Blends Colouring
I stamped the small floral image in Memento ready for some alcohol marker colouring. As the images are small, colouring them are easy and quick.
There are a lot of different colour blends available including Real Red but there is no Mossy Meadow or Pear Pizzazz. So I used Light Old Olive to colour the vines and inserted die cut leaves in Mossy Meadow card.
To finish, I added the sentiment on Very Vanilla card using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals and the Wonderful Gems.

The red and green colour inspiration this week does remind me of traditional Christmas colours. With my choice of card base and sentiment, this card is also ideal for Anniversary, Wedding or even Valentines. What occasion would you give a card like this and to whom?
