Hello and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by! It’s Jay here with the Stamp Review Crew showcasing Stampin’ Up! products from Sale-A-Bration 2020. I opted to use the cute Little Ladybug stamp set to create 2 cards for today’s creative share.

The Little Ladybug Host Cling Stamp Set includes 13 designs; with cute ladybirds images, a flower and sentiments for a number of occasions. Hinge Stepping Little Ladybug

This clean and simple (CAS) card was achieved using the Stamparatus Hinge Step Technique. It is easy to re-create and can be re-produced quickly with the help of the stamping tool.

The sentiment from Label Me Bold stamp set was stamped in Memento Ink. I then added a pop of colour with Light Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blends Marker before cutting with Paper Snips. Finished by raising the topper with Dimensionals.

Shimmery Little Ladybug

Now for this more elaborate Thank You card I wanted to make use of our DSP stash. One set that I haven’t played with was Follow Your Art DSP. I do love the designs but it was too colourful for what I had in mind. Covering the whole DSP in Night of Navy ink was the answer to make the ladybird stand out.

I coloured the ladybird with Poppy Parade, Ivory, Crumb Cake and Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Markers. Adding the Shimmery Crystal Effects on the wings makes this ladybird pop even more and I love how it turned out!
