Iced Technique with Feels Like Frost

Hello, it’s Jay here with another card using the Iced Technique on Feels Like Frost Designer Series Paper from the 2019 Autumn/Winter Holiday Catalogue.

Paper Craft Crew Inspiration #PCC349

The inspiration for today’s card comes from the Paper Craft Crew challenge #PCC349 ~ Butterflies and Blooms. We also have a new Stampin’ Up! member join our Mitosu Stampurrrs team, so I combined both for this card to give to our new teamie.

Iced Feels Like Frost Card

The Iced Technique makes this card shimmer and shine by applying double-sided sticky sheet on Feels Like Frost DSP then applying the Ice Stampin’ Glitter on top.

Barry and I have created a few projects with the Feels Like Frost DSP recently and you can see the technique on our youtube channel HERE

The Frosted Frames Dies and Shimmery Crystal Effects also comes from the Feels Like Frost Suite which I used to add more details on this card using Purple Posy and Seaside Spray cardstock

Another great addition to any craft stash is the Well Written dies! I made use of the butterflies from the set and die cut it in Smoky Slate and Purple Posy. The ‘welcome’ sentiment was die cut in Gorgeous Grape and Whisper White then off set to make it stand out more atop the thinned out Flax Ribbon.
