Wonderful Romance Stampin’ Up! Card Idea
Hello and welcome to Mitosu Crafts, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay here with my card idea for the Paper Craft Crew Challenge #PCC330 and we have a fab card sketch this week
Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch #PCC330
I used the Wonderful Romance and Wonderful Floral Bundle again for my card today, can you tell this is my current favourite?! This time with a couple of colours from the 2017-2019 In Color collection which will retire at the end of May
Card Details
The Fresh Fig card mat measures 9.5cm x 13.cm and was die cut at the bottom with the trellis design from Wonderful Floral Framelits Dies. Both pieces were then adhered on the 10.5cm x 14.5cm cardbase
The Powder Pink card layer measuring 9cm x 10.5cm was stamped with the largest image from Wonderful Romance stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink. I used the Aquapainter brush to add Basic Gray shadows, Granny Apple Green leaves and Blueberry Bushel for the flowers. I used the Chalk Marker for the larger and smallest leaves
I stamped the dotted design in Powder Pink ink and I used Fine Tip Glue pen to add Dazzling Diamonds Stampin’ Glitter around the image. This was then stuck on the card mat with a nice border along the top and sides of the cardI placed Tear & Tape along the bottom right to help adhere the folded Gold Natural Trim Ribbon.
I used the label die as a guide to know where to stamp the Pacific Point sentiment along the top edge of the Thick Whisper White. This created the top straight edge of the sentiment topper once die cut and I didn’t have to snip a straight edge.
To finish the card, I coloured the Frosted Flower Embellishment with Dark Night of Navy Stampin’ Blends Marker and placed on the sentiment topper
