Stitched All Around for Paper Craft Crew Card Sketch Challenge #PCC295
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay here sharing a quick post with my DT card idea for Paper Craft Crew challenge #PCC295. Barry and I are currently on a Norwegian cruise for his birthday week and I am writing this whilst our ship, Azura is docked at Stavanger. If you follow us on Instagram, you would’ve seen photos of the street art we came across whilst walking through the old town
Anyways, onto the challenge which is a simple sketch and I’ve used the new Stitched All Around Stamp Set & Stitched Labels Framelits bundle from the Annual Catalogue
I created the background with the Hinge Step Technique for the Stamparatus using my new favourite colour, Granny Apple Green. I then sponged the same colour around the edges before matting on Bermuda Bay cardstock
The sentiment topper was stamped in Mango Melody, another new favourite colour of mine, then die cut with the Stitched Labels framelits. I tied the Real Red Solid Ribbon before adhering on Bermuda Bay and Daffodil Delight cardstock which were die cut using the Layering Circles Framelits. To finish the card, I die cut the stitched heart on Silver Foil Sheet
I hope you are inspired with my project for our Card Sketch Challenge #PCC295. You can check out the other Design Team’s creative inspirations back at the Paper Craft Crew challenge blog and play along by submitting your own handmade creation. This card sketch challenge will be running for 2 weeks, so there’s plenty of time to join in
