Global Design Project Challenge
The GDP design team creates Stampin’ Up! inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Monday. Use the image below for inspiration this week and share your papercraft project
The Planted Paradise has 20 stamp designs in the set and the photopolymer are reversible too. You can create different planter pots and even have them hang with the added rope designs.
Planted Paradise Aloe Card Idea
I stamped the pot in Memento and used a sticky note to mask the top of the pot. 2 of the leaves design (front and back) were then stamped to create my Planted Paradise Aloe card. For the front designs, I applied Granny Apple Green ink then added hints of Garden Green using a Sponge Dauber. And for the reverse image I used 2nd Generation Granny Apple Green by stamping off on scrap paper beforehand.
I ink blended the same colours on another Basic White card backed with an Adhesive Sheet. Which I used to die cut the letters from Alphabet A La Mode.
All elements were added on Radiating Stitches die cut then on Exposed Bricks embossed background layer with a Gingham Ribbon strip. Finished off with a hint of Tartan Foil DSP, Sparkle Gems and Copper Clay ‘You’ sentiment from Birthday Balloons.
