Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. It’s Jay Soriano here with the Stamping Sunday design team blog hop with the theme of In Color Crush. I am sharing 2 cards featuring the new Sending Smiles Bundle and all the 2022-2024 In Color.

Easy Card with Sending Smiles
My first project is a variation of a card I designed for a team shoe box swap Barry attended recently. Which I missed sadly due to work. But it looked like a great gathering with fantastic projects from the team.
I stamped the stalk in Parakeet Party ink, followed by Orchid Oasis for the big flower. I added the inner part in 2nd Generation Sweet Sorbet. And the small flower is also stamped in 2nd Generation but in Starry Sky ink.
I added the large sentiment in Memento ink then the smaller one in Sweet Sorbet. To keep the card flat, I used the small stamp to add interest on the background in Starry Sky ink. I then ink blended Tahitian Tide before scoring the border and constructing the card.
Sending Hugs with 2022-2024 In Color
My next card is a step up from the above with the addition of die cutting and quick colouring. I made use of the In Color Stampin’ Blends Markers and added some details on the flowers for a different look. As well as the coordinating Sending Dies to raise the big flower.
The die cut sentiment was stacked twice and the mat was die cut from the layer. So the design continues along the raised sentiment. To embellish, I coloured a Basic White card in Light Tahitian Tide blends before die cutting the small flowers.
