Stamping Sunday Blog Hop ~ Last Chance Forever Blossoms
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK. It’s Jay Soriano here with the Stamping Sunday design team blog hop with the theme of Last Chance. I am sharing a floral card and 3D project using the retiring Forever Blossoms stamp set with other Stampin’ Up! products.

Forever Blossoms Floral Card
I created a simple card with the cherry blossoms stamped on Smoky Slate. To get the highlights, I used the Chalk Marker then coloured with the Watercolour Pencils. The Tasteful Textile 3D Embossing Folder (which is also retiring) was then used for added texture.
The sentiment comes from another retiring stamp set Sweet Strawberry.
Forever Blossoms Fold Flat Gift Box
For my matching floral 3D project, I used the same box template for our recent online craft retreat gifts. I changed the dimensions so it’s a little wider but shorter. This box measures at 1-1/2″ x 5″ x 1-1/2″. And what’s great is that it folds flat for easy storage until needed!
I stamped the same cherry blossoms image as the card, this time in Smoky Slate ink on Basic White. Then used Flirty Flamingo Watercolour Pencil to add hints of colour on the flowers. The card was then scored, cut and constructed into a box. And decorated by wrapping ribbon and linen thread.
The sentiment again comes from Sweet Strawberry, white embossed on Layering Oval die cut. Then finished with the Basic Gray leaves die cut from Cherry Blossoms Dies.
