Masculine Rainbow For Inspire & Create With Stampin’ Up!
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay Soriano here sharing a masculine rainbow card for a new Design Team: Inspire & Create With Stampin’ Up! I’m so excited to be part of this talented group and looking forward to inspiring crafters online.
The Inspire & Create Design Team will be bringing you themed inspirations every 2 weeks. You can also join in and share your projects made using our current theme by using our hashtag #inspireandcreatewithstampinup on Instagram. Follow the page here – https://www.instagram.com/inspireandcreatewithstampinup/
Our very first theme is Rainbows! And I decided to create a masculine card using Rainbow of Happiness Bundle from the Mini Catalogue and coordinating Sunshine & Rainbows DSP from Sale-A-Bration.
Do make sure you check out the rest of the Design Teamโs creative projects from the links at the end of this post.

How To Create A Masculine Rainbow Card
- Stamp the smallest arc in Smoky Slate ink on the DSP Layer 2. Then followed by the 2nd arc in Night of Navy ink.
- Stamp the 3rd arc in Smoky Slate ink at the back of the Silver Foil then fussy cut using Paper Snips.
- Use a dauber to add Craft White ink on the opposite corners of the DSP. Leave aside to dry or use a Heat Tool to speed up the process.
- Straighten the sentiment on an acrylic block. White emboss on Basic Gray strip using Versamark, White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and a Heat Tool. Trim the edges if needed then add on top of the Basic White Thick strip.
- Die cut 3 clouds from Brilliant Rainbows Dies set in Smoky Slate card and the scallop strip in Basic Black card.
- Add adhesive sheet on Basic White Thick then adhere White Frayed Ribbon on top. Run through the Cut & Emboss machine with 2 clouds to get the outline then use Paper Snips to completely cut through both the card and ribbon.
- Adhere the DSP Layer flat on Basic Black card then both on the card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Add the Silver Foil arc using Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Adhere 3 clouds and the scallop strip flat on the card front. Add the remaining 2 clouds and the sentiment strip with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Add 3 Black Matte Dots to finish.
