The Spot design team creates Stampin’ Up! inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Tuesday. It’s a Colour Challenge this week. Use the three colours below to inspire your project and submit your creation at The Spot blog.
These colours together can be found on the FREE Paper Blooms Designer Series Paper from Sale-A-Bration. For my project, I combined the You Are Amazing stamp set and Snailed It Bundle from the Mini Catalogue.
You Are Amazing Card with Snail
The You Are Amazing stamp set has 7 cling designs including five celebratory sentiments. I used the speech bubble to add Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam on the card layer. This was followed by Tone On Tone stamping with the stars, the 7th stamp in the set.
I stamped the top sentiment (achieved by masking off the bottom half) and added the Playful Pets trim. I used the Classic Label Punch for the notches on the side to keep the twine in place. Before adhering on the card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I used the same combination to colour the cute snail in Stampin’ Blends markers. Adding a Two Tone Look with Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam for the presents to match the background. I fussy cut and adhered the 2nd sentiment. Then finished with the bow and triple rhinestones.
