The Spot Creative Challenge
The Spot design team creates Stampin Up inspirations for a weekly card making challenge every Tuesday. It’s a Colour Challenge this week which looks quite autumnal or Gryffindor House colours from Harry Potter 🙂
Home Together Dies
The Home Together Dies is part of the Trimming The Town Suite. It can be found on pages 24-26 of the August-December 2020 Mini Catalogue or on in our online shop of course! It can also be purchased as a Bundle with the Coming Home Stamp Set, saving 10%.
For my masculine card idea, I used the small house with heart, medium house and trees dies to create arrows and chevron elements. I kept the background minimalistic to keep the focus on these elements.
The elements can be seen more with the cutaway arrow on the circle Stitched Shapes die cut topper. I used the same house with heart die to cut 8 more, snipped and arranged through the Merry Merlot card strip. The top of the trees were cut off and randomly added in the background. Then coloured with a mix of Bumblebee ink and Frost White Shimmer paint. The sentiment from Well Said and Gold Trim finishes the card.
