Coming Home Halloween Card Idea
Welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay Soriano here sharing my DT inspiration for Paper Craft Crew challenge, a haunted Coming Home Halloween card!
Paper Craft Crew #PCC393
It’s a card sketch this week at Paper Craft Crew. Use the image below to inspire your card making and join in the #PCC393 challenge. Feel free to change up, so long as the original layout and elements from the original card sketch can still be seen.
For my card, I changed the orientation of the layout to a landscape. Which allowed me to create a Halloween scene with the Home Together Dies.
Coming Home Halloween Card
I stamped the tree in Memento ink on the Basic Gray cardbase a few times to create different tones and add depth. The edges were then sponged for more atmosphere.
The Stampin’ Blends I used to colour the Coming Home halloween houses were; Soft Suede, Misty Moonlight, Daffodil Delight and Basic Black.
For the foreground, I die cut the hill with trees design in Basic Black. I then run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine again with the Subtle 3D Embossing Folder.
The BOO sentiment were created using Playful Alphabet Dies in Pumpkin Pie. Then finished the card with the stars from All The Trimmings Embellishments.
