Sailing Home Stamp Set

The Sailing Home stamp set can be found in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue, pages 144-146. It consists of 12 Cling stamp designs, great for seaside scenes and adventures. Part of the Come Sail Away Suite and coordinates with the Smooth Sailing Dies. These 2 can be ordered as a bundle saving you 10%. There are also 5 other products in the Come Sail Away Suite and ALL can be purchased under one item number, 152175

Gate Fold Pop Up Card ~ Congrats

For this bonus hop, I decided to create a fun Gate Fold Pop Up Card. Here is the front with Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper for the panels.

The Night of Navy belly band was decorated with the Smooth Sailing die cuts in Mossy Meadow and Crumb Cake on top of a 2″ Circle in Balmy Blue. I also used Night of Navy ink to stamp the sentiment and birds.

Opening the Gate Fold

You are greeted with floating die cut elements backed with more Designer Series Paper…

I used Memento Black to stamp the images so I could use Stampin’ Blends to colour. The colours I used were Poppy Parade Combo, Night of Naby Combo, Balmy Blue Combo and Light Crumb Cake. Like the front of the card, the birds and sentiment were stamped with Night of Navy ink.

There are 4 basic pop up mechanisms which help creates the illusion of the floating seaside scene.
