Season’s Greetings Christmas Tree Card

Measurements

• Cherry Cobbler card base 8 1/2” x 11” OR 21.0 cm x 29.7 cm
• DSP card front 4 1/8” x 5 3/8” OR 10.2 cm x 14.5 cm
• Cherry Cobbler strip 4 1/8” x 3/4” OR 10.2 cm x 1.9 cm
• Very Vanilla strip for sentiment 4” x 1/2” OR 10.0 cm x 1.27 cm
• Very Vanilla scrap for tree
• Gold Glimmer scrap for star
• Evening Evergreen panels (2) 1 7/8” x 5 ¼” OR 4.76 cm x 14.3 cm
• DSP panels (2) 1 5/8” x 5” OR 4.128 cm x 13.8 cm
• Very Vanilla inside 4” x 5 ¼” OR 10.0 cm X 14.3 cm

12 Weeks of Christmas Ideas #37 Tutorial – Create a Christmas Card with a Deer Tag

1. Following the template, score Cherry Cobbler card base at: 5 ½” OR 14.8 cm, 2 1/8” OR 5.398 cm, and 6 3/8” OR 16.192 cm
2. Stamp tree from the Christmas Lights stamp set onto Very Vanilla scrap with Evening Evergreen ink.
3. Stamp sentiment from the Brightest Glow stamp set onto Very Vanilla strip with Cherry Cobbler ink.
4. Use Stampin’ Cut and Emboss Machine to cut tree and star from the Twinkling Lights dies.
5. Adhere DSP front to card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
6. Adhere sentiment to Cherry Cobbler strip and then onto card front using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
7. Adhere star to tree as shown using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
8. Adhere tree to card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
9. Add Red and Green Adhesive Backed Pearls as shown using Take Your Pick tool.
10. Adhere DSP panels to Evening Evergreen panels and then onto card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
11. Stamp sentiment onto from the Brightest Glow stamp set onto Very Vanilla (inside) in Cherry Cobbler ink.
12. Adhere Very Vanilla to inside of card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
13. Use Paper Snips to cut a 13” piece of Gold & Vanilla Satin-Edged Ribbon.
14. Wrap the ribbon around the card and tie a bow as shown.
