Snailed It Stamp Review Crew Blog Hop

Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, the Stamp Review Crew creates Stampin’ up! projects for inspiration. You may have arrived here from Stampin’ Seasons by Linda Callahan. Do make your way around all the crew’s blog. Click the ‘Next Blog’ button at the end of this post for more inspirations with the Snailed It stamp set. You can find this set from the Snail Mail Suite on pages 54-55 in the Mini Catalogue. It has 9 Cling Mount stamps and comes as a bundle with the Snail Dies. The snail and toadstool mushroom images are so cute! Allowing you to create happy mail cards with adorable snails to send to friends.

I then adhered the flourishes from Wreath Builder Dies and dotted with Rich Razzleberry Write Markers randomly. The Smokey Slate letter, I added on top of the Snail Mail Twine bow. Finishing with the Resin Hearts, which is also from the same Suite.

I then stamped the hearts on the layer in Blushing Bride ink. Followed by using Blending Brushes to add Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay colours. To add texture, I added splatters on the blended foreground. I love this effect! You can easily achieved this by flicking the brush tip of the small Water Painter.

I added the mushroom die cuts and coloured image flat on the card base. Then layered the snail using Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the ‘hello’ sentiment in Memento and die cut with another design from the set. Slight blending on one edge to
