Hi and thanks for stopping by today. Just a quick post to share a Christmas Tree Lantern Decoration using the Eclectic Layers Thinlits Dies and the Simply Scored Tool

This lantern holds a battery operated tea light and measures 2″ x 2 1/2″ x 2″

I followed the same instruction as the box I created for the Star of Bethlehem box for the Creating Kindness Blog Hop – HERE

I die cut the flower design on all four panels after scoring the cardstock and before adhering the sides. Also, I turned up the top diagonal folds then hole punched to add Black Cord to hang the lantern on our Christmas tree

You can omit the cord and turn this into a table decoration instead

Cardstock 4 1/8″ x 8 1/4″

score @ 2″, 4″, 6″ & 8″

mark @ 1″, 3″, 5″ & 7″

turn 90˚ anti-clockwise

score @ 1 1/8″ & 3 1/8″
