Creating Kindness Blog Hop ~ Packaging
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay here sharing my project with the Creating Kindness Design Team with our Special Guest Designer this month, Anja Luft
Our theme this month is packaging and you know how I love fold flat gift boxes, so I recreated one which I found on Pinterest with no measurements. I used the new Detailed with Love Stamp Set & Detailed Trio Punch Bundle with the Birthday Backgrounds stamp set
Barry & I are still cruising along Norway so there is no video from me this month. I actually did this box last Saturday morning, just before we headed off to catch our ship!
Starting with 19cm x 21cm Melon Mambo cardstock which I stamped with the streamers design from Birthday Backgrounds before scoring
The sentiment from Detailed with Love was stamped on a strip of card which I then snipped off to created the pointed ends to be able to punch the lovely design from Detailed Trio Punch
The Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon is fed through a double hole, made with the Detailed Trio Punch as well and acts as a pull ribbon to open the box
I will add more measurements soon and maybe a video in the future. In the meantime check out the other design team’s projects and video tutorial from the list at the end of this post
