Simple Season Like Christmas Card
We have shared a few non creative posts recently so here is a simple card using Season Like Christmas stamp set paired with Softly Falling embossing folder. It’s very easy to make so it’s ideal for batch making, card & a cuppa or make & take project
Whisper White cardbase 21cm x 14.8cm
scored at 10.5cm
Start by embossing the cardbase with Softly Falling TIEF on your Big Shot, leaving some space towards the spine of the card
Use Year of Cheer Specialty Washi Tape to hide the indentation line left from the embossing on the left hand side
Stamp the shadow of the tree in Crumb Cake near the bottom of the toper card then stamp the tree trunk in Chocolate Chip
Apply Old Olive ink on the fuller tree stamp and stamp off on scrap paper before stamping on the topper (2nd Generation technique), use Garden Green for the tree shadow and Crumb Cake for the star on top of the tree
Adhere using Stampin’ Dimensionals and stamp the sentiment using Tuxedo Black. Half of the sentiment is resting on the topper and the other is raised by dimensionals
This is one of my favourite stamp set from the Seasonal Catalogue and I have used it on my entry for a team challenge with other Royals Stampers which you may have seen on our Facebook page
