Marbled Seasons Floral Card Idea
Hi and welcome to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. It’s Jay Soriano here sharing my last project for the week using the Marbled Background stamp set
I have mixed other sets with the Marbled stamp for this floral card idea which I am entering to the following challenges
I used the layout from As You See It challenge, chose Embossing Powder with Embossing Folder and added the watercoloured flowers to fit all challenges above
I white embossed the Marbled design on Blushing Bride card stock and used the Subtle DTIEF on Whisper White card
The Old Olive strip along the middle was cut with the cross stitch design from Stitched Labels Framelits. I also used the circle die from this set with Smokey Slate card
The flowers from Blended Seasons were white embossed and coloured with Powder Pink and Granny Apple Green before fussy cutting
I die cut a couple of flourishes from the Stitched Seasons Framelits which can be purchased as a bundle with the Blended Seasons Stamp Set. These were die cut out of Sparkle Glimmer Paper and Coastal Cabana cardstock then tucked under the flowers
The Silver Glimmer Paper was punched with the Sprig Punch; a new product from the Autumn / Winter Holiday Catalogue available in September
To finish the card, I tied 2 Linen Thread bows, folded in the middle and tucked under the flowers
