Snowflake Showcase Card Ideas
Hello and welcome back to Mitosu Crafts UK, thanks for stopping by. If you follow us on Instagram, you may have seen these fabulous card ideas by Stampin’ Up! already but we thought to share them here on the blog as well
For a couple of the samples, we have included how you too can create and craft these beautiful projects at home
Adhere a strip of Soft Sea Foam at the bottom of a Whisper White card base and add the Polka Dot Tulle ribbon
Sponge the Whisper White card in Soft Sea Foam and stamp the snowflakes in Mint Macaron ink
Die cut the 2 largest snowflakes from Snowfall Thinlits in Velveteen Paper
Add the white embossed sentiment in Gray Granite card strip then the Gold Metallic Thread
Gold emboss the snowflake then die cut to add at the centre
Finish off with 3 Frosted Epoxy Droplets
Make it simpler with just a Pool Party layer
Use a Circle Punch for the corners then adhere on the Balmy Blue card base
Splatter with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint
Add the flourish snowflakes from Snowfall Thinlits in Balmy Blue then the individual snowflakes in Silver Glimmer Paper
Use Tear & Tape for the Gray Granite Textured Weave Ribbon
Stamp the sentiment in Basic Gray then use the 1/8″ circle punch for the Baker’s Twine bow
The Happiness Surrounds stamp set is great for any occasion and all year round craft projects. Here the Lemon Lime Twist cardbase was stitched into but you can also use dies or draw some faux stitching to recreate the look
This card has a shabby chic feel to it with the stamping on Wood Textures DSP, again showing how versatile Happiness Surrounds and the Snowfall Thinlits are!
