Forever Fern ~ Stamp Review Crew

Forever Fern Stamps and Forever Flourishing Dies
This set from the Forever Greenery Suite on the Annual Catalogue has 11 Cling Mount DISTINKTIVE designs. It comes as a bundle with the Forever Flourishing Dies with 10% saving. The colours in the suite are different shades of greens. So I wanted to change it up for my projects for this hop.
My card was inspired by the wall decor from Sark Restaurant & Cocktail Bar in Malden UK. We saw this when we visited our cruise friends last month. The colours I used were Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose, Rich Razzleberrry, Blackberry Bliss, Magenta Madness, Soft Sea Foam, Pretty Peacock and Flirty Flamingo.
I stamped the background with the leaves and splatter designs then added the Forever Greenery Trim, Gold Hoops and Vellum. I stamped the other Forever Fern designs in Blackberry Bliss ink on Whisper White. Then coloured with Flirty Flamingo colouring pencil before die cutting.
Small Hanging Decor or Tag
For my 2nd project, I used the same elements from the card to create a small hanging decor with the Gold Hoops. I also used the Greenery Embossing Folder for the Vellum at the back and white embossed the sentiment.
Black Ice Technique with Forever Fern Stamp Set
I tried my hands on this technique for my final project. Can you believe we haven’t done this technique before?! I was hooked after my first card and have created more projects with the Black Ice Technique. A video will go live on our YouTube channel on September 1st 2020.
